Can I pick up my order from the farm to save on the shipping cost?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order if it is convenient for you! We are also happy to meet you in Aitkin or a nearby town, or leave your order at a specified location.

What can I do with wheat and rye berries?

Besides grinding them for flour, grain berries can be cooked for use in salads, soups and other dishes. Grain berries can also be sprouted for use in salads and cooked dishes. Bakers also dry sprouted grains and then grind for sprouted grain flour.
